How the work unfolds

Inspect the vehicle
Paint and panels are checked so any issues are known before wrapping starts.

Clean and prepare
Surfaces are cleaned thoroughly because film bonds only as well as the surface allows.

Apply the film
Each panel is positioned, set and worked into curves with heat and care.

Trim and finish
Edges are trimmed and tucked, then the vehicle is inspected panel by panel.
Details worth knowing
Preparation takes as much time as application. Wax, road film and old adhesive all stop vinyl from bonding properly, so surfaces are cleaned until the film has a sound base. Rushing this step is the most common cause of lifting edges later on.
Heat and tension also need judgement. Too little and the film will not follow a curve, too much and graphics distort. We work gradually, relaxing the film into recesses and setting it so it rests naturally, which keeps patterns straight and finishes smooth.
